The location was perfect for our family snow trip, with easy access to restaurants, a heated indoor pool, and fun activities for the kids. They really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially eating breakfast by the fireplace and watching the turtles in the pond. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, which made our stay more pleasant. We appreciated the spacious and clean room, although I hope the beds were a bit more comfortable next time.

Spacious rooms featuring large living areas provide ample space to unwind. Unique design elements capture the vibe of the area, making for a chill environment after a long day.
Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with dust and hair left behind from previous guests. Sometimes the layout felt a bit outdated and awkward, which put a damper on the overall experience, especially when I was expecting more for my investment.

Perfect for couples who want a clean getaway
The wristband keycard was pretty cool, made getting in and out effortless and we could just enjoy the vacation without fumbling with keys and stuff, also the room we stayed in was super clean and comfy, like a well-oiled machine, and trust me that's exactly what you need after a long day of adventure.
It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly, but for the experience, I’d say it was still alright.

The location near Heavenly Village is perfect for easy access to shops and restaurants. I loved the vibrant, beach-themed decor throughout the hotel. The indoor pool provided a great space to unwind, but cleanliness could be improved. the pool area didn’t seem as fresh as expected. My room, a Two Queen Bed Suite, felt spacious with a cozy living area. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was noisy, affecting the overall comfort. Breakfast offered decent options but could use more variety. The valet service took too long at times, especially when I needed my car in a hurry. Staff members were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I appreciated the accommodating atmosphere, but some amenities need better upkeep.
